In order to work most efficiently, it is important for my clients
to understand the documentation we will need.
If you have any questions about what is needed for your specific
loan package, please call me directly.

Income
and Asset documentation are not required on all loan types. Please
call me to determine which loan type works best for you. If you
are unsure, it is best to be over-prepared with as much of the documentation
ready as possible.

- Most
recent 2 years 1040 Federal Tax Returns
- If
you have a partnership/corporation, provide Form K1, Form
1065, and/or Form 1120
- Most
recent 2 years W2’s
- Most
recent 2 months paystubs all borrowers
- Rental
agreements if you own rental property

Documentation Needed |
- Most
recent 2 months checking and savings accounts for all
borrowers (all pages of statement)
- Most
recent 2 months of retirement, IRA, stocks, bonds accounts
(all pages of statement)
* If retirement statement is produced quarterly, just
the recent quarter is needed

Documentation Needed |
- Copy
of recent mortgage statements for all loans held on all
properties owned
- If
your property is part of an HOA, provide HOA contact information
- If
a home purchase, a copy of the purchase contract and realtor
contact info
- If
you are self employed, 2 years of your active business
license or a CPA letter stating you have been self employed
for at least the last 2 years
- If
divorced, a copy of your divorce decree
