The objectives of the conference are to bring together a
wide range of people involved with worship: Pastors,
Clergy, Worship Leaders, Music Directors, Liturgy Directors,
Choir Directors, Cantors, Musicians, Singers, Composers,
and Members of the Assembly.

share experiences, challenges, ideas, and questions with
each other.

learn from each other and also from leaders in this field.

play and sing together, sharing musical styles and cultures.

pray and celebrate together.

fellowship, network and support one another in leading
music and worship.

facilitate the full, conscious, and active participation
of the communities we serve in worship.

show appreciation to those active in ministry and to encourage
and foster new leaders.
