Information and Facts



Registration and Other Information You can Use
Don’t forget to put your name in the front of your program as soon as you receive it.

Registration includes full event pass, admission name badge, refreshments, Saturday lunch, Friday night event – John Angotti in Concert and closing Unity Concert. Optional Dinner is an additional $15. Concert tickets and Dinner can also be purchased separately.

Wear your name badge at all times while at the event. It is required for entry. Please do not lose it. We are sorry, but we unable to admit friends and family and spouses who are not registered for this event. The badge must be worn in order to receive your meal on Saturday and admission to workshops and concerts.

Parking is limited. We encourage you to carpool to save on gas and parking costs. If our parking fills up public parking may be limited.

For those with special needs, most of our campus is wheelchair accessible. Please call ahead if you have any questions.

There are no refunds on registrations. If you are unable to use your registration, please consider sponsoring a member of a local church.

Food & Drink
Refreshments and Lunch are included with your registration. In addition, a Refreshment Booth will also offer snacks and refreshments for sale on Saturday. An optional dinner on Saturday Night is also available for only $15 prior to our UNITY Concert. *Food and beverages are not allowed in the church and workshop venues.


Can’t Get Enough Resources?
Liturgical & Worship CDs, books, sound equipment and other resource merchandise are available for purchase in the resource center from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday, Sept 15.


Model Release
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for Wings Music Ministry and Leading With Passion! to use your picture in promotional materials.


Children

While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants, and we will not be able to admit them into any sessions.



What should I bring?
Your card, a pen, a friend and a readiness to learn, experience and celebrate!


What should I not bring?

Please remember that flash photography or any type of video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited during workshop sessions and evening concerts. The obvious, dangerous items are not allowed. Animals are not allowed, with the exception of those for handicap purposes. Visit our website for additional information on prohibited items.


What if I want to register the day of the event?
Although walk-in registrations will be available if space permits, space is limited so we encourage early registration. We cannot guarantee admittance or lunch on the day of the event. .


Information Table
Need medical attention? Looking for something? Do you have a specific conference question? Need to leave a message for someone else at the conference? The information table is located in the Resource/Exhibitor area next to the “Community Booth” and is well staffed with helpful, friendly people to make your time with us easier.

What if I can only make it to the event on Saturday? Can I purchase a partial pass?
Individual tickets are available for the Friday Night Concert ($10), Saturday Night Dinner ($15) and Saturday Night UNITY Concert ($15). Individual tickets are on a “space permitting” basis. We are not able to offer partial registrations for the Conference/Festival. Remember that your registration helps make this event possible.




I am bringing a group of Youth. Can you suggest any accommodations?
Go to our “Accommodations” page at www.LeadingWithPassion.org for Santa Monica city information where you’ll find more information on accommodations. You can also contact us to see if there are any host homes available. Please note that 1 registered adult chaperone is required for every 10 youth when registering as a large group. Otherwise an adult chaperone is required with every youth.




I’d like to bring a group from my church! Do you have Group Rates?

Yes, we offer a “6-pak” rate for adults (6 x $40 =$240) and youth (6 x $20 = $120). Group registrations must be submitted together. This rate is only valid during the Early Registration period.

Evaluations
We understand that filling out evaluations can sometimes be a pain in the neck, but they really will help us to improve your Worship Conference experience each year. Please, please take the time to fill out the evaluation and hand them back before you leave.




Internet Access
Unfortunately we will not have Internet access available at the event. Please check with your hotel or host home.


Recycling Cans + Bottles
Did you know that every ten cans or bottles recycled could buy one Bible? Please help us by putting all discarded cans and bottles into the recycle cans on campus.
