requires skill, determination, patience, sensitivity and
grace to build and maintain a good parish music program.
This workshop will help the parish musician in such areas
as recruitment, covenanting and spiritual formation, running
rehearsals, preparing for liturgy and organizing effective
worship committees.

How
can we, as a Church, celebrate our faith with passion week
after week? We’ll explore some practical tips to help
the congregation move beyond the “sit, stand and stare”
syndrome, and move toward full, active and conscious participation.
We’ll also look at ways to make your parish worship
more powerful. We are called to share our talents for the
Lord, but we’ll never be able to lead with passion
until we start praying with passion. |
